We Love These Inspirational Social Media Feeds and What They’ve Accomplished in Running

According to a study done by GlobalWebIndex, social media captures two hours of our online time every day—i.e., scrolling through our feeds seriously eats away at our lives, distracting us with perfectly posed Instagrams and unmatchable Strava activities, all while leaving us less and less time to, you know, go running. (Nooooo….!) Sometimes, though, social media is the exact opposite: super helpful, motivating, and even life-changing. Here are our favorite moments when social media was actually good for running:
